These conditions govern use of Networkerr content, platforms, and subscription.
Admission to any training program at Networkerr IT Solutions is confirmed only after the prescribed fees are paid through approved channels and an official Admission Slip is issued. Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration, and any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of admission. Enrollment is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria defined by the institute.
All fees must be paid in full or through approved EMI/instalment plans, with applicable GST and government taxes included. Students are required to honor their payment commitments, and failure to pay may result in suspension of services or cancellation of admission.
If a student wishes to discontinue the program before completion, he or she must submit an official written request via email to Networkerr IT Solutions and obtain clearance documents including the Admission Slip, EMI Invoice, and Official Clearance Mail. Without completing this procedure, the admission will remain active and all EMI or payment obligations will continue to apply.
Refunds are permitted only within seven days of admission and provided that less than ten percent of the course content has been accessed. No refunds are applicable for completed modules, downloaded materials, or promotional offers. Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen working days.
Courses may be delivered online, offline, or in hybrid mode. The institute reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Students are expected to maintain discipline and adhere to institute policies during training.
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments. All certificates are digitally verifiable and comply with industry standards
Student data is collected and processed in compliance with the Indian IT Act (2000) and applicable privacy regulations. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except for legal or operational requirements.
Students must not engage in plagiarism, misuse of institute resources, or disruptive behavior. Any violation may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of admission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as per applicable law.
